1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking a safari, tour, or related travel service with Lucky House Safaris, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

2. Booking and Payments

A booking is considered confirmed only when we have received the required deposit (or full payment) and have issued a formal booking confirmation. The remaining balance for your trip must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your specific invoice. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you must cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice:

• No ChargeIf booking is cancelled 15 days or more before the travel date.
• 25% ChargeIf booking is cancelled 14 to 7 days before the travel date (25% of total invoice amount).
• 50% ChargeIf booking is cancelled between 6 to 2 days before the travel date (50% of total invoice amount).
• 100% ChargeFor no shows or bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the travel date.

4. Alterations by Lucky House Safaris

While we will do our utmost to provide the tour as described, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, alternative arrangements of a similar standard will be provided.

5. Liability and Risk

Safaris and travel in Africa involve inherent risks, including but not limited to encounters with wild animals, unpredictable weather, and remote locations with limited medical facilities. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Lucky House Safaris acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other contractors. We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the actions or omissions of these third-party suppliers.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients traveling with Lucky House Safaris. Your insurance must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate coverage before departure.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
